1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must provide clear evidence, such as photos or videos, within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Delays: Orders that have not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date (45 days for the USA, 110 days for Brazil) are considered delayed. Customers should contact us with their order details to initiate a refund or resend request.
Incorrect Items: If the wrong item is received, customers must notify us within 30 days with supporting evidence to qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Ineligible Refunds:
Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are not provided for customers who change their minds or no longer want the product after purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
