Return Policy 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Products:If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must provide clear evidence, such as photos or videos, within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items:If the wrong item is received or parts are missing, customers should notify us within 30 days with supporting evidence to qualify for a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Buyer's Remorse: Returns are not accepted for customers who change their minds or no longer want the product after purchase.
  • Customized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: Customers wishing to return a product must contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt, providing the reason for return and photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Processing Returns:

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to our error.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges: if an exchange is requested for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the new item will be shipped within 7-10 business days after processing the return.
